This Musicfly isin the far north of the Nimbus Sanctum, flying around the pegasus-fish statue.
You should see itacross the water north of the Lorelei boss arena.

Gondola’s Journey
At the southern tip of the Oakheart Highcourt isa large, bent, orange-leafed tree.
You’ll find the Musicfly fluttering around it and the rock it grows from.
Near the top, underneath the highest platform, flutters the Musicfly.
Just because these characters aren’t quite five star, it doesn’t mean they’re not great!
