Shorekeeper canboost the team’s Crit Rate and Crit DMG,which benefits both Changli and Lumi.
The other unit that also needs Resonance Skill DMG Bonus is Jinhsi.
However, she relies on coordinated attacks, and Lumi can’t fill that role.
Jinhsi is better suited alongside Zhezhi.
