Well, they asked the Bethesda Support social media account, anyway - and it actually responded.
Just don’t get your hopes up; the news is that there is no news.
Eventually, the user made it clear that they were talking about a remake, prompting the following response.
“We have no official information on an Oblivion remake,” says Bethesda Support.
Apologies for any confusion."
I suppose Bethesda has acknowledged the rumours in some form, at least.
So, when is the remake launching, if it actually exists after all?
A more credible source suggests thatit will shadowdrop at some point this month.
That means we could be playing it within the next two and a half weeks.
