To answer the question simply, creative director Alex Skidmore says there are “some” romance options.
However, they might not follow the same formula as other games.
“Vampire romance isn’t the same as human romance,” Skidmore says.
More specifically, he says this involves “romantic feeding”.
That does seem to be exactly what it sounds like - feeding off of someone, romantically.
