Usually very detrimental to the museum, even if the staff member isn’t personally affected.
Very long healing time.

The staff member is gone forever.
Dilemmas
Dillemmas are choice-based obstacles that can happen rarely on Expeditions.
Some Dilemma choices are only available if a member of the Expedition Team has an appropriate Skill.
These are usually (but not always) the safest choice.
