Yet, unlike most Witcher characters, they’re not the most talkative bunch.
They spread fear and intimidation wherever they go through looks, not commanding speeches.
So, they’re an intentionally mysterious menace, particularly early on in the third Witcher title.
Here are the important bits regarding who they actually are.
Who Are The Wild Hunt?
Yet, they’re not the same as the likes of Iorveth or Francesa Findabair.
What Are Their Goals?
The Wild Hunt’s purpose is to transport to different worlds and capture the humans that live there.
Then, they bring these people back home and use them as slaves.
In Witcher 3, however, they have anadditional goal of getting their hands on Ciri.
They want her because of theElder Bloodrunning through her veins.
This allowed The Hunt to enter other universes freely.
And they really need to get moving as the White Frost promises to destroy their home.
However, one ofthe unanswered questions fans have about Ciriis what else did they have in store for her?
After all, they can move to other worlds without her - it’s just a slower process.
So, why do they want her so badly?
Geralt stops them before the world can find out.
