TheWitcherfranchise is home to many terrifying and monstrous creatures.
But, like every character in the series, each creature and monster have correspondingDungeons and Dragonsalignments.
Monsters like Nekkers also didnt make the cut because they dont have much intelligence.
Some even consider episode 6 “Rare Species” to be one of the best episodes of the series.
That’s due, in large part, to the Golden Dragon.
9Neutral Good: Dryad
Dryads are one punch in of nymph found inThe Witcheruniverse.
LikeCiri, the Dryads fall under the “Neutral Good” alignment.
Though willing to heal wounds and guide people, they don’t typically leave the bounds of their forest.
They will defend their home and the trees until their very last breaths if necessary.
After all, Wights will not attack unless provoked.
Defending their territory, mixing stuff in a cauldron, and minding their own business.
It’s the simple things in life.
Though quite neutral themselves, djinns are often bound to masters in the form of mages who imprison them.
They are cousins to Dryads.
They typically venture to kidnap young girls to transform them into nymphs.
5Chaotic Neutral: Doppler
Dopplers relate to a common creature found in myth: shapeshifters.
Given how easily they can change their appearance, their personalities match.
Most other humans do fear Dopplers, so that alienation could contribute to the steeling of their hearts.
Governed by the curse that makes them beasts, Strigas don’t really have a moral code.
As such, they follow one law: the emptiness of their stomach.
But the curse can be lifted and the girl given a chance to recover.
They can also “relapse” and turn back into Strigas.
Garkains are one of the lesser vampires inThe Witcherseries.
But the mere drinking of blood is not enough to make one evil.
Royal Wyverns will attack throngs of commoners, soldiers, and Witcher alike with the same level of angry-wasp-in-summer.
But they could just as easilynotdo that, too.
They only reliable behavior from Royal Wyverns is to defend their nests if provoked.
But others have opted to createThe WitcherthemedDungeons and Dragonscampaigns.
