CDPR could learn a lot from the incredibly underrated Witcher 2.
Since the animated movie is also by Netflix, it looks like they decided to include this scene here.
While they didn’t reveal any more information, the scene will evidently feature Geralt and Yen.
“Geralt cannot let Yennefer go, even though he’s trying his best,” Ostrowski explained.
“She haunts him.
Even if he wanted to be rid of her, he can’t.”

The first season adapts The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny, while the second season focuses on Blood of Elves. Geralt’s destiny is entwined with that of a young princess, Ciri of Cintra, and they must navigate a dangerous world to see it through.
