Sometimes the armor is randomly generated or shifts around so you should be thorough.

Mastercrafted Feline Armor

It will be on a dead body in the lake.

It makes Geralt look like a scarlet demon or something equally threatening.

The rest can be found as you continue the quest and reach a fork in the road.

Grandmaster Wolf Armor

A chest will be nearby containing the other pieces.

The final chest is near a stone wall.

It’s one of the best armors in the game and one of the coolest-looking.

Mastercrafted Ursine Armor

It sort of makes Geralt look like a deadly assassin and it provides plated protection to keep him safe.
