10Geralt
Funny enough, Geralt’s first line in the game was from a dream with Yennefer.
It’s that infamous bathtub Geralt scene where the sorceress teases him with a magical crab.

It sets up the two’s relationship pretty well especially if you’re out of the loop.
It also sums up her most powerful ability as well as her propensity for trouble.
Ciri’s excitement and gratitude couldn’t be contained less with that quote.
Enough to poke fun at the witcher after a clumsy royal bow in the emperor’s presence.
Their parting in the game, on the other hand, was not as humorous.
Emhyr’s visible vexation at the witcher’s refusal to hand over Ciri is apparent enough.

The result is a cold familiarity that somewhat explains the context even if you’re new to the game.
Yennefer made plans with Geralt included, to settle down in a peaceful countryside place.
Her last lines are not much but that’s just her way of saying she loves Geralt.
Should Geralt choose Triss as his lover, then she also makes plans with Geralt included.
Only, Triss is more optimistic and emotionally expressive with it.
5Dandelion
A witcher game can’t be complete without a bumbling Dandelion.
Sure enough, he found himself knee-deep in a dung heap’s worth of trouble.
Geralt came to the rescue but Dandelion had to play it cool because gratitude is for pansies.
Though it seems Dandelion thought his actions were too harsh at that time, which is unbecoming of him.
The game did enact upon the notion that Vesemir’s timein the sagawas just about done.
When he did finally speak, turns out he’s a racist, of course.
2Avallac’h
Speaking of Avallac’h, he’s not one to mince words.
Only Aen Elle elves could have asked for help after commanding a bystander.
Avallac’h’s last line could have also been his last words had Ciri not interfered.
Geralt was poised to strike down Avallac’h as it seems Eredin’s words took effect.

Avallac’h couldn’t have been more candid or collected in the face of certain death.
1Keira Metz
Keira’s first utter dialogue lines aptly explained her disposition.
Good thing Keira knew how to honor her debts and helped greatly in the battle of Kaer Morhen.
That’s certainly a preferable struggle compared to getting skewered in Novigrad.
