Blacksmiths are an important part of your journey throughThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
They will craft weapons for you after you retrieve the right crafting materials and schematics.
There are three main levels of blacksmiths: Amateur, Journeyman, and Master.
Netflix’s The Witcher series has put Wild Hunt back on the map.
Here are the best mods to make the most of your new playthrough.
He is the Quartermaster located at theNilfgaardianGarrison.
He is located in the downstairs area when you reach the location.
He begins selling runestones after you complete the prologue.
There are four blacksmiths stationed throughout the region, all of whom are amateur-ranked.
In addition to his normal weapon crafting services, the blacksmith in Blackbough plays Gwent if you’re interested.
He also sells Adalbert Kermith’s second map, which is a quest item.
Merchants can be extremely useful to the Witcher… or they can just be a place to waste money.
There is also a blacksmith located in Lindenvale, Oreton, and in the area nearest Bald Mountain.
However, you’ll need to complete the Bald Mountain quest before the blacksmith shows up there.
Speaking of Gwent, the majority of blacksmiths you encounter will play it.
He also plays Gwent, if you’d like to challenge him to a match.
His ranking is Journeyman.
Another blacksmith in Novigrad is located in the Silverton district.
He also plays Gwent, but his ranking is only Amateur.
Finally, you’ll find an Elven Master Blacksmith named Eibhear Hattori.
He resides on Glory Lane.
If your goal is to challenge every Gwent player in the game, you’ll need to visit him.
Sigurd is one of the first you’ll meet in Arinbjorn.
You’ll later encounter blacksmiths in Harviken, Larvik, Fayrlund, Svorlag, Urialla Harbor, and Fyresdal.
so you can utilize the blacksmith in Fayrlund, you’ll need to rescue him from a bandit first.
The Witcher is a great franchise for powerful female characters - and these are the best of the best.
Only the blacksmiths located at Kaer Muire and the Kaer Trolde citadel are at Journeyman level.
It won’t be until later on though that he’ll offer his blacksmithing services.
Toussaint
You won’t go to Toussaint unless you purchase theBlood and WineDLC.
It’s an entirely new region introduced to the game that is also home to five new blacksmiths.
There is also a journeyman blacksmith who resides at the Tourney Grounds.
There are also two other Master Blacksmiths to find in Toussaint, one of which is actually a Grandmaster.
The first one, named Trentin, is associated with the quest “Till Death Do You Part.”
Then there is the Grandmaster himself, Lazare Lafargue.
He is a Grandmaster Armorer and Blacksmith.
His workshop is located in Hauteville.
There are a number of quests associated with Lazare, including the “Master Master Master Master!”
sidequest and a number of scavenger hunts.
If you manage to complete them all, you’ll be rewarded with some amazing armor and weapons.
There are many kingdoms within the world of The Witcher.
They play a heavy role in the background of the game, and some are much stronger than others.
