7Cast Aard
Aard is the official sign meant to counter harpies.
Using this sign will push them to the ground where Geralt can make crippling blows.
You won’t have to wait for them to swoop in and become disorientated.
Stock up on crossbow arrows and have the bow equipped.
This will heed the warning to you and lead you to the track and phase of preparation.
3Lure The Beasts
Sometimes we get bamboozled into a fight that isin a not so agreeable location.
see to it they are still trying to attack you, though!
2Keep An Eye On Each One
Along with patience comes observing.
Combined with the use of the crossbow, this can be a deadly duo.
Once knocking them down with the crossbow, casting Igni on them burns them to bits.
Fire induces damage progressively whereas Aard doesn’t do much damage at all.
