Geralt has to make a decision on how to lift the curse, but the outcomes are grim.
In one, Graham dies and joins Anabelle in the afterlife.
She asks Geralt for help, and a questline ensues.
Depending on how Geralt acts, different outcomes are possible.
If you end up listening to her pain, it’ll haunt you for a while.
Killing him could spare countless lives.
Keira will want to bring plague research to Radovid to get to get back in his good graces.
Geralt tries to stop her, and three outcomes are possible.
If he flat out refuses, they’ll fight, and Keira will die at your hand.
Regardless of what you choose here, bad things can happen.
If the spirit is free, Anna is turned into a water hag.
The spirit will go to Downwarren and drive the villagers insane, ending with them killing each other.
This is obviously regrettable.
If you kill the spirit, though, the orphans will die.
It’s a tough choice that will haunt you.
This concerns the fate of the Baron and his wife, Anna.
Depending on the choices Geralt makes with the associated quests, a few things can happen.
The Baron and Anna can both survive, but Anna will have been driven to insanity.
They’ll leave to find a healer.
Either way, the Baron’s sergeant will take over and pillage Velen.
