Some of these are temporary locations, like vacation spots or universities.

Three vacation neighborhoods were added in Bon Voyage, and Three Lakes is one of them.

Three Lakes is themed after camping trips in the great outdoors.

While it isn’t the most exciting of the three locations, Three Lakes is charming.

Takemizu Village is shown. It is a small resort town based on Japanese villages.

It is most notable for having the only official Grilled Cheese Aspiration Sim, Ms. Natasha Una.

That’s a tourist stop in its own right.

Right Now, Downtown has everything a Sim could want.

Twikkii Island is shown. It is an seaside town with tons of beaches.

Introduced in the Nightlife expansion, Downtown is a celebration of everything urban.

It can be added to any town with a click of a button,making visiting Downtowna dream.

It’s time to make your own family.

Academie Le Tour is the pseudo-Harvard of the Sims universe.

Desiderada Valley, a tiny town amid the mountains, is shown next to an aqueduct.

It has ties to Veronaville, but it can be added to any town.

Sim State University is generally linked to Pleasantville, but Sims from all over can attend its hallowed halls.

The downtown city of Downtown is shown. It is a skyscraper filled area at nighttime.

Design-wise, it is very similar to Academie La Tour, but it has a more modern charm.
