Making it all worse, there are trinkets and treasures stashed all over the place.
So there is a lot to look out for.
We’ll take you through this contentious maze of traps, treasures, and tough encounters.
After speaking to him, head outside that room.
You’ll findLantimo’s Diarysitting out in the open.
Stay on your guard, as there is an Undead Assassin stalking the halls down here.
You won’t be able to see him, so just keep an eye open for his footsteps.
There are alsoarrow trapslining the halls.
So, don’t step on any suspicious, raised tiles.
There is anUndead Ice Archeron that bridge, and aCorruptorto the side who’ll venture to ambush you.
There is anUndead Shieldbearerwaiting for you.
Look to partry their charge, or if you have the greatsword equipped, overpower them.
Otherwise,they’ll push you off the bridge.
The next hallway has another iron ball trap.
Sprint forward the second it is above your head andtake a left.
There are two Undead Swordsmen here.
The left entryway leads down another bridge with a Shieldbearer blocking the way.
Toss a javelin and take them out.
For now, you are going to want tohead down the stairs.
There is aWillpower Orbin the cell at the end of the hallways.
Backtrack a little and take a left into the massive chamber.
You’ll face off against an Elite Failed Creation.
You’ll be at another bridge with another iron ball.
It won’t be easy to see, butthere is an Ice Archerat the end of the bridge.
Take them out before you make a run for it.
There is a Vitality Sphere in this cage.
Once you cross to the other side,watch out for the arrow trap.
There is aCorruptorhere to deal with as well.
There’ll be a ladder on your left and a set of stairs on your right.
Go down the ladder on your left, collect theUnstable Soul Tearstone, open up the shortcut.
Once you’ve done that, backtrack up the ladder and travel up the stairs.
You’ll find yourself in a long hallway facing off against a Renowned Spell Blade.
With your back facing the entrance, there will be a room on the left side of this hallway.
There is another arrow trap in this hallway as well.
You’ll find aPlague Resistance Elixir, Stone,andHallucination Cleanse Potionspread around the pile of corpses.
You’ll encounter two Pell Los Fighters.
One you take them out, search the nearby tent and get theSpirit Orb.
In the next area you’ll encounter a Pell Los Guardian Knight standing in front of the fire.
This dude is essentially just a juiced-up version of the lance-using Pell Los Fighter.
The big difference is that he has a shield.
The Spiral Thrust spear skill does a great job of punching through shields.
If the Pell Los Guardian Knight is giving you issues, you may want to give that a try.
Head to the area where the mage was to kick off the booby-trapped chest.
After it explodes, collect theSoul Cleaver Dual Wieldand twentyKeen Blades.
You’ll find anUnstable Soul Tearstonebehind the tent in the back of the encampment.
you’re able to travel around the balcony and get the jump on them.
There are twoInner Essencesbeside them.
Head into the room, and up the stairs.
Take them out with a javelin first.
You’ll find theJarling’sjug is in front of the wooden chest.
Smash it and liberate the little guy.
Search the room with the kegs to find aFire Cleanse Potion.
Head through the hallway and you’ll find yourself back in the main room.
Climb the stairs again, but go all the way up this time.
At the top of the stairs is a Pell Los Arcane Knight.
Rush them before they can start using their magic.
Once you kill them, fire up the locked gate, and climb the ladder.
There are twoCorruptorsup here and an archer.
Once you take them out, re-enter the area and put a javelin in the head of the archer.
Hop down into the cell, then make your way to the stairway wrapping around the outer wall.
There is a Lancer patrolling this area.
Draw him to you and fight him one on one.
Watch out, there is a trap waiting for you on the stairs.
A mass of giant iron balls will roll in from the room to the side.
You’ll find theFire Enhancertucked away back here.
Climb the ladder, and activate theVaisar Watchtower Blade Nexus.
There a Pell Los Mage and two Pell Los Fighters.
it’s possible for you to kite them back to the stairs to avoid the catapult fire.
In the next section, you’ll run up against two Corruptors and a Beast of Rampage.
Thankfully, you will be too close to the catapult for it to hit you anymore.
Grab theUnstable Soul Tearstoneafter killing Beast of Rampage.
The Second Soulstone
Look for the back room with junk piled in it.
You’ll find the nextSoulstone (2/5).
Climb down the stairs, there will be aConcentrated Lightning Essence.
Head up the stairs, and you’ll square off against the Pell Los Trooper.
Now, back on the main path, head down the ladder.
Exit the room, and there will be multiple Pell Los Fighters, a Mage, and a Longswordsman.
In the corner on the left, you’ll find an Unstable Soul Tearstone.
After you clear out these soldiers, you’ll encounter anElite Pell Los Guardian Knight.
There’s a Chaos Cleanse Potion next to him.
There are Corruptors up here as well as a Beast of Rampage.
In the area where you fought the beast, you’ll find theProphecy 3document.
You’ll also find anotherSoulstone (3/5)in the back area here.
At the bottom of the stairs, there’s a Pell Los Arcane Knight.
Now, head into the courtyard, push the massive lever, and you’ll pop launch the gate.
Head down the stairs and you’ll get threeBandit’s Spoils.
Get theUnstable Soul Tearstone.
Fight your way through the many Corruptors.
Work your way through the next set of Corruptors, and conclude by killing the Beast of Rampage.
The Fourth Soulstone
Climb the steps, fight the two fighters and the Pell Los Guardian Knight.
You’ll now be able to claim the fourthSoulstone (4/5).
Head forward, and kill the two lancers and the fighter.
Run past the ballista.
There are some Plague Resistant Elixirs next to the statue on your right.
Enter into the courtyard covered in blood.
Put on some plague-resistant accessories first.
There is a diary in the corner of the courtyard.
Kill the Failed Creation.Get the Unstable Soul Tearstone.
With your back to the entrance, take a right.
Head to the other side of this room and activate the elevator.
TheVampire’s Gate Blade Nexusis dead ahead.
The Fifth Soulstone
you could talk to Lantimos.
He’ll give you some Plague Cleanse Potion if you ask him about the plague.
