Spear of Hirana
Thisspeeds up any unit’s cast timeand can make fast casters use their abilities extremely quickly.
Arguably, the weakest item on this list isGuinsoo’s Reckoning, just due to itsboom/bust nature.
Bulwark’s Oath
Unless on Mordekaiser, theshield offered is not worth the lack of health and Magic Resist.
Eternal Whisper
TheSunder effect for the rest of combatis good, but other Radiant damage items are just better.
Royal Crownshield
A 50 percent shield and 50 Ability Power are good butonly useful on strong magic tanks.
Jak’Sho the Protean
While this item isn’t bad,it pales in comparison to other magic caster items.
They still can work, but you won’t find those opportunities as easily as the B Tier items.
If you see these items above, you shouldavoid them at all costs.
The best example of this is theLuminous Deathblade,an extremely weak base item withnothing interesting added to it.
