Viki will only provide you with the ability to teleporttolocations, not back to your castle.
So, you’ll onlyreallyhave half of the fast travel feature unlocked once you recruit her.
Once you are able to cross the Fortress of Garen bridge, you’ll be able to reach Teien.
You’ll be able to recruit her simply by asking her to join.
Once she leaves for your castle, you’ll be able to open both chests.
Much like in the first game, Viki will join during the course of the game.
Unfortunately, she joins alittlelater in the game this time around.
Just like in the first game, she’ll blink into existence right in front of you.
At which point, all you’ll have to do is agree to let her stay in your fortress.
You’ll be able to use her teleportation magic to fast travel from that point onward.
