Chain Lightning is agreat ability in pretty much all scenarios.

Attwo Charges, thedamage is increased by 1.7x, and atthree Charges,enemies take 2.4xthe damage.
This will dealfive ticks of damage over the course of 4.5 seconds, and the damage is considerable.
