There were high hopes from Magellans Hydra attack, and it doesnt disappoint.
Its speed makes itextremely difficult to dodge,and the intensity helps it pierce through multiple enemies.
Use the reduce cooldown ability with this skill to remove the only caveat of this skill.
The three-sword attackdeals triple-digit damage.Its very precise and very easy to target.
Thewide AoEcan help you rake in millions in bounty.
It is easily dodged, hence the A tier.
But use it right, and you could deal massive damage to multiple enemies with a single hit.

This is not the easiest skill to use.
Luffys Gum-Gum Pistol
The Gum-Gum Pistol is one of the most rewarding skills in the game right now.
It deals animpressive amount of damage, ispretty easy to land, and hasa short cooldown period.
Just a bit more range, and this could have been in the S tier.
Any enemy that dodges this attack can easily land multiple combos and deliver a fatal blow.
If the animation was slicker, this would easily be an S-tier skill.
It alsonullifies enemy attackswhen the body splits into pieces.
But thelow damage statsare a letdown.
Sadly, thats the only good thing.
You have to be extremely precise to land an attack.
Even then, youllhardly reach triple-digit damage.
Its great for clearing areas bydrawing in enemies like a black holeand throwing them away.
But it haslow damage statsand doesnt do much defensively.
Choppers Cloven Rose
Cute and cuddly Chopper changes his form to try and do some heavy lifting.
But the high precision needed to land this skill does him no good.
Itsbest used as an evasive skill.
Thedamage is good, and the dash can help youescape hot zonesand enemy AoE attacks.
But the attack is a bit slow and easily dodged.
When activated, youll jump into the air and punch down hard to dealtriple-digit AoE damage.
Luccis Spots Ultimate Radius: Six King Pistol
This is a high-risk, high-reward skill.
No long animations and no holding the pose afterward.
Only if it wasnt so easily dodged.
Usopps Secret Technique: Exploding Stars
Usopps not-so-secret technique exceeded expectations.
But doesnt really work as a primary.
Morias Brick Bat
A swarm of bats is summoned and attacks the opponents in front of you.
Theanimation is slow, and youropponents can easily move away well before the bats show up.
The skill launches you into the air as you kick down hard to deal AoE damage to multiple opponents.
But the slow windup meansmost of the opponents can easily dodge, and youll miss half of the time.
Youll see a lot of these scattered across the Drum Island Arena, and its best to steer clear.
Mr.1s Buzz Saws
You have to be uncomfortably close to an opponent toland two non-fatal punches.
And since theres no stun afterward, youllend up taking more damage than you dish out.
You just go invisible for a few seconds.
Might as well collect some bounty or eat some meat if you do use this skill.
Hancocks Love-Love Mellow
Very low range and an even lower damage outputmake this a very disappointing skill.
Itturns your opponents into stone statues,hoping to let you start a combo.
But, by the time the animation winds up, the opponents are already moving around.
Instead, itpushes back the usermore than it knocks down any enemies.
Thewater thrown towards the opponent moves too slowly,making it very easy to dodge.
