You may need to walk past some stalls to reach the building.
Near the entrance, there is some writing that says “Pawnbroker” on the wall.
Go throughthe green doornear those words to enter the shop.

At the end of the longest one, you will find the fence.

This Fence becomes available after completing The Spines of America.
Thefence is located at the southernmost part of the Ranch.

This Fence becomes available after completing Horse Flesh for Dinner.
There is a fence justnorth of Clemens Pointthat deals in horses.
It’s in the Scarlet Meadows area, justnorthwest of Rhodes.
At the spot, you will find a few buildings that don’t look so good.
Behind them, you canfind two guys.
These are the people running the fence.
you might only sell horses to these guys.
They don’t do any other dealings.
