Human Form

In human form, Geonor won’t be too difficult to deal with.

Attack

Description

Notes

Sword Thrust

Geonor will thrust his sword forward sending out a projectile in a line.

A player freeing Leitis.

This can easily be dodged.

The key to this is to avoid being trapped in the ice cone.

When his sword starts charging up, run away.

A player in the Manor Ramparts.

Basic Melee Sword Swings

Geonor will swing his sword in front of him.

He looks like he is twirling around when he does this.

When Geonor dashes forward, this means that he is about to use this attack.

A player fighting enemies in the manor.

At this point, the key is to dodge right as he swings.

Icy Sword AoE

Geonor will thrust his sword into the ground when he turns into a wolf.

The word will radiate icy ground that grows bigger that will cause you to freeze.

A player listening to the countess and Geonor talk.

This move can easily be spotted due to the ice.

Still, when it’s big, it can be hard to avoid.

If you must step in it, be sure to move quickly.

Summon Wolfs

Geonor will summon wolves to aid him.

These are average adds that aren’t too difficult to defeat.

To avoid becoming overwhelmed, take a stab at take them out quickly.

Bloody Charge

Geonor will create blood spheres and then charge through them.

AoE Slam

Geonor will temporarily leave, and then slam down on the ground.

Right before he slams down, you’ll see a large red circle on the ground.

A player looking at the effects of a charm.

The best thing to do here is run to the edge and doge-roll away.

Unfortunately, this form will now be atfull health.

At this point, the fight will most likely get harder for you.

Here at TheGamer,we faced death time and time again during this portion of the fight.

Vast Ice Spikes

Geonor will slam his sword into the ground and cause little circles of ice to appear.

After a short delay, these will turn into large ice spikes.

Triple-A Games

It’s fairly easy to avoid this.

Summon Fog

Geonor will cause fog to appear around the area along with smaller wolf summons.

Geonor will recite a poem and dash across the arena periodically when the fog is present.

Path of Exile 2

This part can be difficult due to limited visibility.

As such, attempt to dodge-roll right as he finishes a line.

We recommend moving along the edge of the area (in the fog).

During this section, it’s important to continuously be moving.

Run in a circle around the arena dealing damage.

Thankfully, the wolf summons will disappear with the fog.

Icy Breath

Geonor will shoot (or breathe) icy projectiles from himself in a cone.

Ice Beams

Geonor will summon ice beams from the sky that cover the arena.

The beams will be summoned several times in a row, changing positions each time.

At this point, you’ll want to take a break from attacking and focus on dodging the beams.

These beams work exactly the same, but they deal more damage.

The same technique applies here, but these can quickly kill you since they deal more damage.

Overall, just give a shot to dodge as much as possible and continuously move around.

We died to him… a lot.

Thankfully, there are some tips to keep in mind to help with this fight.

Consider Playing With Others

There is no shame in getting help from others.

With just one other person in your party, the fight may get a bit easier.
