Soris Arenim can befound in Imperial City, Talos Plaza District, inside his house.
It’s north of where you spawn when you fast travel there.
Once you’re inside, talk to Soris Arenim.
Sneak into the second floorby lockpicking the door, thentake the ‘Soris Arenim’s Key’ from the desk.
Tell her you have the staff, and she will thank and congratulate you for completing the task.
She will then give you the recommendation, completing the Bravil Recommendation quest.
She will alsogive you the Captivate spell for free.
The Captivate spell is a touch spell that will Charm the target for ten points for ten seconds.
