Investigating Wellspring Cave
Your destination isWellspring Cave.
It is located on the east side of the Imperial City near the waterfront.
Continue through the cave, but beware of the other necromancers deeper in.
There is a watery divide in the middle of the cave.
Once you exit the cave, you will be met with three more necromancers.
The leader of them, Noveni Othran, will run up to speak with you.
There’s nothing it’s possible for you to do to talk your way out.
They will all attack you regardless, soattack back and defeat them all.
Visit Delmarand ask him about making your Mage’s Staff.
You’ll havethree primary options:
Destruction
Fire, Shock, or Frost damage.
Illusion
Charm, Paralyze, or Silence.
Mysticism
Soul Trap, Telekinesis, or Dispel.
After choosing your staff, you will have towait until the calendar day has elapsed.
If you should probably recharge your staff, remember the Chironasium.
