However, that is purely based on Bakugo’s physical abilities and battle IQ.
While hisquirk is certainly not weak, it’s not strong either.
Bakugo has made it this strong because of his athletic abilities and unique usage.
6Nejire-Chan
Nejire is a third-year student at UA and is considered one of the big three.
Nejire’s quirk allows her to produce a golden spiral of energy that explodes upon contact.
However, these spirals use up a lot of her stamina and travel at quite a slow speed.
Wars are fought with more than just individuals.
Instead, the quirk is elevated by its user and pushed further than normal.
5Skeptic
Skeptic was part of the Meta Liberation Army, later working under Shigaraki to hack UA.
His quirk allows him to turn inanimate objects into anyone’s clone.
He can also control these clones from far away.
However, these clones don’t have any special powers and can be defeated quite easily.
Skeptic’s true power lies in his technical expertise and the ability to hack almost anything.
This is why he is considered a powerful threat, not because of his quirk.
Skeptic by himself is not physically strong, either.
4Gentle Criminal
Gentle Criminal was a dropout who failed to become the hero he wanted to be.
He has the power to make anything he touches take on the property of elastic.
3Sir Nighteye
Sir Nighteye was All Might’s sidekick who later opened his ownHero Agency.
By touching someone, he could foresee every action that person would take in the next hour.
He can also see their entire life by touching them and maintaining eye contact.
Knowing what your opponent will do is useless if you’re not fast enough to dodge their attacks.

However, Mirio makes Permeation seem nearly invincible.
He worked so hard that his control over his quirk is immaculate.
Even after losing his quirk,Mirio kept fighting Chisakiand was able to successfully protect Eri.
He also started UA as a failure but climbed to the very top through sheer hard work.
With so many spectacular villains, these ones didn’t get enough of the spotlight.
