To begin making magic mud in Mudborne, you’ll need togrind mushrooms into powders using the crusher.

This is becausedifferent mushrooms have different effects in the resulting magic mud.
To grind mushrooms, simply interact with the lever and collect your piles of powder.
If you shift-tap the mud to return it to your inventory, it seems to disappear.
Doing so can save you a lot of time and guesswork!
