The Black Flame, also known as Nu Udra is the apex predator of Oilwell Basinin Monster Hunter Wilds.
It is acephalopod, which basically means the monster looks like a giant octopus.
While The Black Flame does sound quite menacing, it isn’t a very hard fight.
Your objective will be to play through the story until youreach Oilwell Basin.
Once that happens,you will be asked to search for The Black Flame.
Make your way to Area 7 on the map, and you will find something calledHalf-Digested Foodon the ground.
However, you will have to wait for a while before its quest shows up for you.
Upon reaching there, a quest will be initiated, whereyou will have to investigate a Gore Magala.
Complete that quest, and the High Rank version of The Black Flame will be permanently available for you.
