Mizutsune Strengths and Weaknesses
These are the weaknesses and strengths for Mizutsune.
If you want to break its tail, consider using a Slashing or a Piercing weapon.
As for the rest of the body parts, blunt damage will be quite effective.
Craft anArtian Long Sword with a focus on Attack and Thunder, which will trivialize the fight.
If not, you might also go for the Tonitrus Clairblade, which is theRey Dau Long Sword.
Gore Magala’s armor inflicts you with Frenzy, which upon curing, grants Affinity.
you’re free to attachSane Jewel to your armor set for Antivirus buff, which further boosts Affinity.
For starters, Mizutsune primarily relies on releasing Bubbles throughout the field.
These bubbles have knockback, and they alsoinflict you with Bubbleblightwhich makes you slip while walking.
While you fight the monster, the field will be littered with Bubbles, and you must dodge them.
It also deals a lot of damage, especially if it’s the Tempered version of the monster.
It will take a few tries to get hold of the timing.
In Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, Soulseer Mizutsune was a variant in itself.
However, in Wilds, that form is included within the normal version of the monster.
In this form, it will releaseblue Bubbles which will inflict you with Fireblight.
The monster also has a charge attack that will dash at you while sliding over its Bubbles.
This move is easy to dodge as you might just walk past its path.
