between Hula Ave. and Waikiki St.you’ll encounter the ‘Man in Bandana’ (Fukuyama) picking up trash.
You’ll now have the option to start The Captain’s Return substory.
To start the substory, talk to Fukuyama and choose the “Begin collecting trash” option.
Now, all you better do is collect the five pieces of trash.

You will mainly only haveaccess to Hula Aveand a small portion of Resort Blvd.
Though there is no trash on that section of Resort Blvd.
It is on the southeast corner of the intersection.
It is glistening, and there is an arrow pointing to it.

Turn right, andhead down Hula Ave.
The next piece of trash will beon your left,sitting on the corner of the planter.
It is tuckedbehind the red car, which makes it easy to walk straight past it.
It isacross from the parking lot.
Youmayhave noticed that Fukuyama said something about thetrash being up above.
That’s the hint!
Head over to theNo Surf No Lifeshop.
Turn the corner so that you are facing the entrance.
Now, look up and you’ll see a hook.Use your Chain Hookto reach the roof.
You’ll find the trash up here (alongside a Silver Container).
Neither of whom are particularly tough.
Once you’ve beaten them,Fukuyama willjoin your pirate crewunder his new moniker: the Dread Pirate Hook.
