When you do,he slams his briefcase shut and locks it.
Then, when he gets a phone call, he takes the key and walks away from the table.
To unlock the briefcase, you’ll need toshift to Dead World and talk to Lucas there.
There’s a shift point close by, near Max’s exhibit.
Use it to shift to Dead World and talk to Lucas.
Next, talk to Lucas again to tell him about the vandalism.
