In the chest,you will find Lord Borumlacas bond, so read it from your inventory.

How To Find The Murderer
Yyou have to clear Musa’s name and find the actual murderer.
Examine Chertan’s dead body andread The Book of Poisons.
It is in the chest near Chertan’s dead body;you will have to lockpick it.
The difficulty is easy, so lockpick the chest and loot The Book of Poisons.
After that,read it from your inventory and go to Musa.

Musa will get a little suspicious about your identity.
