The Rail’s description implies that it’s mean to kill in one shot.

It definitely won’t work on big bads though, so be careful and use the one-shot technique sparingly.
6Diamond Shot
Convert 25 percent of AMP DMG to battery.
The wide spread of fire, which moves in a diamond pattern, is ideal for close-quarters combat.

5Flying Magrex
Deals ten percent more DMG to flying enemies.
