Narcissus won’t say anything about their relationship until you have the chance to speak with Echo.
After the couple is found together in the Mourning Fields two times,speak with Narcissusin Oceanus.
It may be required to speak with Echo as well at this point to ensure she’s happy.
This is uncertain as both conditions were cleared for us in the same run.
