The amount given isn’t too great, but any bonus DMG on your hypercarry is welcome.

Starcaller’s Watch is Citlali’s signature and, as such, serves to be her best weapon.
With Starcaller’s Watch, you gain both of these.
The weapon grants an Elemental Mastery main stat and then a passive that gives 100 more EM.
Then, the weapon increases the damage dealt by any character protected by Citlali’s shield by 28 percent.
