Players can only access Cosmic Explorationwhile in their own World.
You cannot access it in Gilgamesh if you’re originally from Jenova, for example.
You also get aCosmic Prototype Coffer, containing a level ten Tool for your current DoH or DoL.
This Tool is the first step of the Cosmic Tools.
Cosmic Exploration happens exclusively inside the Sinus Ardorum area.
you might return to Sinus Ardorum byspeaking with Drivingway at Mare Lamentorum (X:21.9, Y:13.2).
Players can use functions like the Party Finder while inside the zone.
How To Get Started
Cosmic Exploration workssimilarly toIshgard Restoration, with some touches resemblingBozjan Southern Front.
Once you reach the zone,speak with Researchingway at (X:21.1, Y:21.8)to get started.
Your goal is tocomplete Stellar Missions and get rewards through crafting and gathering.
You unlock new missions and goals as you progress.
Each rewards you withtons of experience and unique currency to be used inside Sinus Ardorum.
By completing missions with a certain class, you get contribution points for it.
These count toward theLunar Development Initiative, checked in the Infrastructure Index icon at the Exotablet.
At enough points, a special FATE appears, andcompleting it adds new environmental elements to the zone.
Stellar Missions
opt for green icon on the Exotablet to pick a Stellar Mission.
They’resimilar to Levequests in both UI and objectives.
Once you’re done, kick off the Stellar Missions menu and report the mission to claim your rewards.
Missions can be completed at either the Silver Star or the Gold Star rating, which yields more rewards.
Gold Stars are obtained bycrafting all items with High Quality or gathering enough itemswithin the limited number of nodes.
You canuse Crafting Macros to easily reach HQwith DoHs.
For DoLs, useSkills that increase the number of gathered items.
Provisional Missions can appearafter completing regular Missions with a Gold Star ranking.
They award you even better rewards, but they are much harder to complete.
They give out a generous amount of Cosmocredits and Lunar Credits for completion.
Stellar Success
The Stellar Success menumarks your progress and rewards you by advancing in the Cosmic Exploration.
Getting enoughDaily Successes gives you a total of 600 Cosmocredits and 1,000 Lunar Credits every day.
Each zone has its own individual Standard Progress, awarding you various prizes for each of its goals.
These FATEs have special objectives that require multiple players to complete, often using unique FATE actions.
Just head to the FATE on foot to participate.
If you’re not chosen as a pilot, your software is not lost.
Many rewards from both sources are unique, butall can be sold at the Market Board.
Stopping atStellar Opportunityduring the Cosmic Fortune reveals a new roulette with even better rewards.
Cosmic Tools
Cosmic Tools can be unlocked byprogressing in Cosmic Exploration with your individual classes.
