For the location and the size of the lot, it’s an extremely reasonable price.
While it’s a bit of an unfortunate shape for farming, it’s above-average square-footage wise.
The downside of this setup is expansion; there are no adjacent lots of land to buy.
That doesn’t mean there aren’t any nearby lots to grab because 83 and 82 are within sight.
Further south, there are a few more medium-sized ones, as well.
But, if you’re looking for a large farming operation, this might not be your first choice.
If you’re looking for better crop yields in Farming Sim 25, you’re in the right place.
Primarily, the advantage of Lot 81 is its proximity tothe Animal Dealer.
It can be expanded southward, too, into 85 and 80.
But for those very comfortable with the vehicles, they can make it work.
The advantage of Lot 86, besides the abundance of trees, is the view.
It’s a very pretty location, with quite a bit of variance when it comes to the views.
The best view comes from the tower near the north-central portion of the lot.
