Once again, it is essentially the previous year’s game with some features removed and others simplified.
It feels like Farming Simulator 2012 was a game out of its time.
It was a popular portable version that still brought enjoyable gameplay but many fans highlighted its compatibility.
It may not be the favorite but it’s ideal if you want to play it on the go.
They were bitterly disappointed, which is why it only got a user review rating of 2.2 on Metacritic.
With these new modes came new maps, machinery, and everyone’s favorite, cows.
While not groundbreaking, Farming Simulator 2011 changed the face of the franchise and made it enjoyable and accessible.

Farming Simulator 2013 is surprisingly popular considering its age.
It’s the more user-friendly game that’s equally pleasing to the eye and incredibly fun to play.
This game is undeniably one of the best in the franchise.
