It’s a great year to use new power-ups to unlock new areas.
But don’t worry, as this giant insect won’t be rolling that huge orb for much longer.
After obtaining the Dive ability from the Subterranean Waterway, you could access this area from the Tethered Steeple.
Head to theAssembly Hall respite, then go down the hole and head westuntil you see a downward passage.
Pay attention to them and their patterns; you’ll have to get used to them very soon.
Once you reach the Cleaner’s Refuge respite, prepare for a fight in the next room.
Attack
Description
Rock Throw
Rolls the orb and starts throwing rocks at you.
Stands in the same place throughout the attack.
Rollout
Starts dashing in your direction while rolling the orb, being invincible to any attacks.
Orb S ash
Grabs the orb and smashes it in your direction.
It always smashes three times.
Even if the orb’s not rolling, you won’t deal any damage to the boss.
Muninn still works, so keep it active at all times.
We recommend attempting this fightaround Level 30, and after defeating Yeol in the Crimson Forest.
Any extra slots you may have can also be used by other Relics you like.
Finding the openings for dealing damageis your main challenge in this fight.
The boss always turns at you for the next smash, soyou’ll need to dodge it three times.
The Rock Throw attack isvery similar to Garm, but a bit easier to dodge.
Avoid touching the big orb, as it deals damage when it’s spinning.
This is the best chance to do some heavy damage.
Unleash as many attacks as you could and venture to Break its resistance, whichalso cancels its current attack.
Overall, the whole fight revolves aroundsneaking past the giant orb and attacking the main boss in creative ways.
