Perform a Battle Art with an ally nearby.

Get a Dramatic Success with a Tactic.
Archer volleys are the easiest; fire from high enough above your target to get a Dramatic Success.

This is an optional objective, only recommended on New Game Plus.

Avert the fate of a character who historically died in battle.

Reach maximum Peace in every region.
This can be accomplished via multiple playthroughs, or by grinding skirmishes.
