What Are Boss Powers?
Boss powers are a seasonal mechanic added in Season 8: Belial’s Return.
Upon defeating bosses in Sanctuary, you will receive a small fragment of their power.
Each power comes with two modifiers:

Unlocking Boss Powers
Boss powers are acquired byslaying Diablo 4’s endgame bosses.
The name of the boss power denotes the drop source.

As you grow in power and level your boss powers, these values will become significantly higher.

This stun applies 100% more stagger to bosses.

Casting a core skill while you have a Barrier knocks down close enemies.
This cannot occur on the same enemy more than once every 5 seconds.
Whenever you gain fortify, gain 11% of that amount as Barrier.
Enemies hit take x50% increased damage from you for 1 second.
Your main boss power instantly executes non-boss enemies under 15.5% HP.
When you execute enemies, gain 25 primary resource.

Activating your main boss power spends your primary resource, increasing damage by 0.01% per resource point spent.
Applies 10% more poison for each 1% of the target’s current life is affected by DoT.
Gain 15% cooldown reduction.

You deal [100%] damage every 0.25s while burrowed.
Evade’s cooldown is increased by 4 seconds, and cooldown reduction on Evade is 50% as effective.
Activating your main boss power grants you +21% increased dodge chance for 5 seconds.
Whenever you dodge an attack, you immobilize nearby enemies for 3 seconds.
Enemies take x10% more damage from DoT effects.
Killing the blister removes 2.1% of the elite’s life.
An elite can have up to 1 blister active at once; bosses can have 2.
Enemies with resilience cannot spawn blisters.
Then, your healing potions become disabled for 5 seconds.
You may drink your healing potions while on full life.
