Unless you love 540 Pulse Rifles, you’re free to safely skip this weapon.
For PvE, Mechabre isn’t going to dethrone Rapid-Fire Snipers or similar options.
Get a kill, reload, and fire at another major.
Any nearby adds will be disintegrated by the Jolt lightning.
Jump in the air between reloads to further buff your reload speed.
