This Fragment’s description makes it sound much better than it really is.
While you’re affected by Woven Mail, your weapons can spawn Tangles in addition to your Strand abilities.
This effect doesnotallow you to spawn a Tangle more than once every 12 seconds.
Any weapon can spawn a Tangle while you have Woven Mail, not just Strand weapons.
In essence, using this Fragment grants slightly more flexibility with spawning Tangles.
11Thread Of Finality
Thread of Finality:Finisher final blows create Threadlings.
Tougher foes will spawn multiple Threadlings, however, up to three against Champions and similar miniboss targets.
The Threadlings behave as all other Strand minions, rushing a target before exploding for moderate damage.
10Thread Of Fury
Thread of Fury:Damaging targets with a Tangle grants melee energy.
You must throw the Tangle to receive any energy.
For builds that want to detonate stationary Tanglesmainly Broodweavers and BerserkersThread of Fury isn’t worth using.
This is a great way to give your Strand weapons some add-clearing potential in PvE content.
Broodweaver Warlocks will get a ton of use from this Fragment since their Threadlings can perch on their body.
8Thread Of Evolution
Thread of Evolution:Threadlings travel farther and deal additional damage.
Thread of Evolution is mandatory for all Threadling builds.
Any Threadling build will want Thread of Evolution equipped.
For everyone else, you could safely ignore this Fragment.
7Thread Of Binding
Thread of Binding:Super final blows emit a suspending burst from the target.
Thread of Binding is a deceptively powerful Fragment.
This explosion is comparable to a Shackle Grenade, doesn’t have a cooldown, and lasts eight seconds.
If you have room in your build for a spare Fragment, Thread of Binding is a great pick.
It also buffs your Resilience, making this a solid pick for PvP as well.
6Thread Of Propagation
Thread of Propagation:Powered melee final blows grant your Strand weapons Unraveling Rounds.
A rapid-fire weapon with Unraveling Rounds can deal some serious damage to dense crowds in PvE content.
Extending that debuff can make it far easier to win tough gunfights where you’re outnumbered.
If you’re unsure what to run, Thread of Continuity is always a good pick.
