Many secrets can be found inDestiny 2’svarious locations.
The Daito Jade Rabbits, in particular, are one of the most mysterious items inDestiny 2.
There is no explanation for their existence or purpose.

They are simply scattered around the Moon for players to find.
You will need a Small Rice Cake to interact with these rabbits, however.
you’re able to get them from chests on the Moon once per character per week.
10Sanctuary
This is likely the first Jade Rabbit you will find on the Moon.
The first rabbit can be found in Sanctuary, the hub area of the Moon.
When you spawn into the zone, head to your right.
When you reach the tire minigame area, look for a door to your left.
Towards the end of that hallway, you will find the mysterious Daito Jade Rabbit.
for interact with it, you will need a Small Rice Cake.
Only one can be obtained per character per week, however.
9Archer’s Line
Archer’s Line is directly above the Sanctuary.
Nightmares, Fallen, and the occasional Hive enemy will wander this location.
It is here you will find the second Daito Jade Rabbit.
Upon arrival, you will see a giant dome-shaped building with a part of its roof destroyed.
A purple-ish hue will guide you inside.
Once in, explore the side rooms of the building.
One of them should be a side area with a lot of golden materials on the walls.
The rabbit is sitting at the back of this room near some chests.
Once you enter the lost sector, kill the enemies inside and progress as normal.
Once you slay the final boss and fire up the chest, head to the room behind it.
You should find a cat looking at a pedestal.
On that pedestal is the next rabbit.
It is unclear why the cat statue is in this room.
Perhaps it is a nod to theoddly-similar Dreaming CityCat Statue quest?
While you won’t be fighting Guardians here, you will be able to find the next Jade Rabbit.
Look for the building with a large purple tarp covering it.
6Hellmouth
The Hellmouth used to be the most intimidating location on the Moon.
With the new Scarlet Keep overlooking the location, the Hellmouth doesn’t see as much exploration from players.
Fortunately, there is a reason to go here.
Look for two green light fixtures on the south end of the zone.
Head up the platform and follow the massive crack in the ground.
It will lead you to a ramp that you will need to walk up.
You’ll see the Daito Jade Rabbit near a purple tarp on a ledge.
You do not need to be in the Strike version to find this.
Head to the bridge that leads into the keep.
Look for two Hive coffins that are leaning against the red structure.
You’ll find this about halfway through the bridge.
In between the two coffins is the next Daito Jade Rabbit.
Remember to have a Small Rice Cake or you’ve got the option to’t interact with it!
4K1 Revelation
This next Daito Jade Rabbit requires a little bit of preparation to obtain.
when you obtain this item, head to the K1 Revelation lost sector in Sorrow’s Harbor.
If you completed the Deathbringer Exotic quest, it’s in the same room.
You will then use your Firewall key to open it.The Jade Rabbitwill be in the newly opened room.
3Circle of Bones
One of the distinct features of these Jade Rabbits is their glowing purple eyes.
You will need to look for these tiny eyes when you look for the next collectible.
The middle of the room will have a rock you will need to jump onto.
This rock contains the Daito Jade Rabbit.
The Moon is no exception.
From the Hall of Wisdom, head through a series of tunnels until you reach the Shrine of Oryx.
The left side of this zone will reveal a ledge.
Sitting on that ledge is the final Daito Jade Rabbit.
