Friedrich, Baroque is rather malleable in this regard.
Anything thatserves to enhance his Cultureis going to do great, and anything thatbolsters his strengthwill work in tandem.
ThePairadaezauniqueImprovementadds +1 Gold (which is always nice) and - importantly -+1 Culture.
As it’s an improvement, you could stack these; you just can’t place them beside one-another.
TheHawiltuniqueImprovementadds +2 Gold, as well as+1 Culture for adjacent Wonders and other Hawilts.
