No doubt there are more additions in the patch that Larian has yet to announce.
Patch 8 is in closed testing and doesn’t currently have a release date.
Story, Story, Story
The rationale here is sound.

Even a couple of interactions with Act 3 stuff would be interesting.”
This is a partial explanation for why Halsin’s story content seems to taper off after Act 2.
