You have Advantage on Saving Throws against being Poisoned, and you have Resistance against Poison damage.

Soldiers also enjoy Intimidation Proficiency, which comes under Charisma Ability Checks.
This Feat allows them to do that specifically for non-magical attacks.

Resistance to Poison damage.
This can be looted from a skeleton in a sarcophagus near the Worg Pens in the Shattered Sanctum.

This can be purchased from Araj Oblodra in Moonrise Towers.
Cloak: Cindermoth Cloak
Flaming Shroud: A creature that damages the wearer within 2m receives Burning.
This can be looted from Aelis Siryasius' body in the Lower City Sewers.
Ring: Ring of Regeneration
Can be purchased from the Sorcerous Sundries while Lorroakan is alive.
