These eldritch invocations will really help you out in Baldur’s Gate 3.
One of the best ways to find them is to send one of your minions as a scout.
you’re free to even trigger ambushes, making fights easier if you wish to face them later.
The best minions for this are flying ones, like the Raven Familiar or the Imp.
It can be an expensive way to go about it, but some fights are just not worth it.
This combination of spells is good for avoiding not only combat but all sorts of puzzles as well.
Remember that its best used outside of dungeons, where you have ample space to jump and land.
Your best targets with these spells are your high-strength members since they already jump the farthest.
Thats the key part when using Waypoints to skip fights.
If you use theFeather Falltechnique, send your fighter alone to a Waypoint and teleport everyone else there.
They can get anywhere and unlock teleportation for the rest of your party.
While this requires a lot of preparation, it will win you fights that seem impossible.
Theres not an infinite supply of them, so choose your targets wisely.
Surround them with barrels and light them up with a fire spell.
Plenty of bosses can be defeated this way with enough ammunition.
3Save Often
What tends to happen with optional encounters is that you simply werent prepared.
Which way are you going to pursue?
Nowadays, were spoiled with autosaves.
Even Baldurs Gate 3 has them, just not everywhere.
2Use Stealth
As stated before, many fights are mandatory.
But there are fewer of them than you might think.
Sometimes, you just need something your enemy is holding.
This limits what classes you could pick, although some of the most powerful are Charisma users.
Bard is still the go-to choice if you want a conversation-focused playthrough.
This allows you to just advance naturally through the game without being in constant fear of combat.
