Of course, the purpose of the mechanic is to give you a way to get over obstacles.
You’re just walking somewhere and decide to do multiple jumps on the way there.
In most cases, it’s not even faster than walking - it’s just more interesting.
However, it’s not something most people would do in real life.

There isn’t a single player in the world that doesn’t have storage issues.
